Pirate Party
Perth, Australia
On August 10th a group of students from the University of Western Australia organised a very successful Pirate Party fundraiser for Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. The event took place at the university tavern and was a huge success. A large crowd of rowdy buccaneers with comely wenches in tow were in attendance and a fun night was had by all.The slave auction of various wenches was the highlight of the night .
The Perth chapter of SSCS wish to thank Ivana Mayorenko for approaching us with the idea of hosting the party and organising this successful event. Special thanks also go to Toby Prosin for designing the posters and Richard Watson, pirate balladeer , who composed / performed pirate songs especially for the party, as well as all the students who donated their time to selling tickets for the event.
