Benefit Concert at The House Café

Benefit Concert at The House Café

DeKalb, IL
July 28, 2011

Sea Shepherd Onshore Volunteer, Greg Born, held his first organized event in Illinois on July 28! This was a benefit concert held at The House Café in DeKalb, and included 4 different singer/songwriters playing at the event. We would like to send out a special thanks to the following performers: Rudy Galindo, The Kvasnicka Brothers, Jenny Lupa, and the Jake Pearson Duo. Our dedicated onshore volunteers, Greg Born and Tiffany Gonzalez, sold merchandise, handed out brochures, and worked hard spreading the word about Sea Shepherd and our mission of marine conservation. The event was quite a success and we send a huge thank you to all who participated!
