Animal Rights Conference, Los Angeles, CA

The Animal Rights Conference is the largest and oldest annual gathering of animal rights and conservation advocates. The Animal Rights Conference (ARC) is a forum for sharing experience, reporting on progress, discussing tactics and networking. It brings the animal rights and conservation together under one roof. During the three day event there were nearly 100 presenters from over 60 different organizations, exposing the terror perpetrated every day against animals. The event had approximately 70 vendors who were selling and advertising various eco-friendly products. There were also a couple of food booths, all serving Vegan food products.

Lincoln Shaw and Shannon Mann were able to speak on behalf of SSCS and discussed Antacrtica campaigns. During the three day event we had six new volunteers who stepped up to the challenge of helping with the event.
